Paper Art

There are a lot of sites out there that allow you print images and make 3D artwork. But, my favorite is cubeecraft. I learned about it around a year ago when they released their Master Chief cubee. Since then I’ve been a regular visitor. These creations are free and require no glue or tape. But, I suggest some tape if you want to save some frustration.  Back then it was one guy making them and he would release one, sometimes two a week. Now, he has several guest artist submitting and releases several cubees a week. Sometimes one for every weekday. There are a lot of submissions that I don’t know who they are or what they are from. But the ones I do reconize are great. Some of the best include Darth Vader with Storm Troopers, Stay Puff Marshmallow Man, Mario and Luigi, Spider-man, Spongebob Squarepants, and even a Barack Obama. These are just a few of the over 160 featured on the site. Not to mention the 100’s of fan art that haven’t been featured. I decided to try my hand at creating one. My love of the Colts led me to choose Peyton Manning. When I finished I wanted to share my artwork, so I sent it to him. He told me it was the best fan made one he had seen and liked it so much he decided to make me the first guest artist. I was so thrilled, I went on to make several more. Only one other was featured on his site (LaDainian Tomlinson). So, today, I have decided to share the rest of my creations with you. Enjoy.
